To avoid any risks during surgery, the surgeon will indicate some instructions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stop smoking for at least two months: one before and one after surgery<\/li>\n<li>Take no aspirin during the 10 days preceding the surgery<\/li>\n<li>Disinfect the skin using an antiseptic solution or soap the night and the morning before surgery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"color: #00837b;\">Postoperative Phase<\/h2>\n<p>Following the procedure, you need to be as cautious as you can and stick to your surgeon&rsquo;s safeguards:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>For 48 hours:<\/strong> do not shower or wet the bandage<\/li>\n<li><strong>For a week:<\/strong> no driving<\/li>\n<li><strong>For a month:<\/strong> avoid physical activities, lifting heavy objects, and any physical contact with your breasts<\/li>\n<li><strong>For two months:<\/strong> wear a supportive wireless bra 24 hours a day; avoid baths, swimming pools, and exposing scars to sunlight<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Following the intervention, you can resume work within a few days and most of your activities within two months.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Have you ever been through this procedure?
